Online survey research is one of our areas of expertise. We manage and maintain several representative panels that regularly complete our customers’ questionnaires online. A professional helpdesk and the panel management support the field work. We set up the online panel studies in such a way that you obtain the right information from the right people. Nothing more and nothing less. We can select respondents on information obtained previously through other studies. It is also an option to spread studies over time, so that respondents are not confronted with uncomfortably long questionnaires. We can furthermore perform repeat research on the same respondents fairly easily, enabling us to accurately measure changes.
The product of the questionnaire research varies, depending on the customer’s need, from a dataset with codebook to a complete data analysis and report. From the start of the CentERpanel (one of the two representative panels), we have performed research on behalf of DNB (De Nederlandsche Bank) into the financial position of households. This has resulted in a longitudinal database that is accessible for researchers. Over the course of years, scientific researchers from almost all Dutch universities and a large number of international universities have made use of our panel research. We have also carried out assignments for the Netherlands Institute for Social Research (SCP), the Netherlands Interdisciplinary Demographic Institute (NIDI), the National Institute for Family Finance Information (Nibud) and the FNV trade union.
