Marika de Bruijne is senior researcher at CentERdata. As project manager, she supervises survey studies for scientific and social markets. Since 2018 she works as a Country Team Operator for SHARE Netherlands (Survey of Health, Ageing and Retirement in Europe). She also provides advice on issues in the field of data archiving and dissemination.
Marika studied Business Administration at the Technical University of Lappeenranta (Finland), with a minor in Information Technology. After graduating, she worked at a market research company from 2001 until 2005. In 2015 she obtained her PhD at Tilburg University on survey methodology, specifically the design of questionnaires for the multi-device internet.
Marika’s interest lies in particular in the development of new techniques for data collection and research support.
