This means that respondents receive the address of a secure website by email or by letter and complete a questionnaire on this Website. In this way, we contact specific groups of respondents for our clients.
Reports
Once the research has been completed, we deliver the data in the format desired by the client. This may vary from a data set with a codebook to an extensive report. This sample questionnaire will give you an idea of the procedure we use in hosting questionnaires.
Panel management
CentERdata also has facilities for liaising with specific target groups by email, for instance, or by way of our free helpdesk phone number. Together with you, we will look for the best way of contacting, convincing, and retaining respondents.
