Position: Researcher at the Quantitative Analysis department
Since February 2006, Marike has worked with CentERdata as a quantitative resercher. She is an econometrics graduate from Tilburg University, specializing in mathematical economics and econometric methods. Before that, she worked with the Netherlands Bureau for Economic Policy Analysis, where she did her final project at the Labour Market and Welfare State department. In 2003, she gained several months' experience with CentER Applied Research. In addition, Marike gave mathematics seminars when she was a student, contributed to the Analysis course, and worked as a research assistant. In addition to her work for CentERdata, Marike is working on her PhD research in the field of the development of income, homeownership, and assets.
